我司前驱体反应釜拥有两项自主知识产权专利（专利号：201911058181.2、201720272361.0），设备采用优化型全新结构设计，可实现釜体内部空间与外部环境隔离，降低内部构件机械摩擦损耗，减少设备日常维保频次与维保成本，适配锂电三元前驱体、钠电前驱体主流生产线使用工况。

Changzhou Zhengyuan Drying Engineering Co., LTD carries out joint R&D and project cooperation with scientific research institutions and manufacturers of lithium/sodium battery cathode materials. We focus on the R&D, iteration and technical optimization of non-standard equipment for wet precursor synthesis, drying and mixing of lithium and sodium battery cathode materials.

Our precursor reactor owns two independent intellectual property patents (Patent No. 201911058181.2, Patent No. 201720272361.0). Adopting an optimized innovative structural design, the equipment can isolate the internal space of the reactor from the external environment, reduce mechanical friction loss of internal components, and lower the frequency and cost of routine maintenance. It is applicable to the production conditions of mainstream production lines for lithium-ion ternary precursors and sodium-ion precursors.

Based on practical project feedback from multiple manufacturers of lithium and sodium battery cathode materials, we keep iterating equipment technologies and optimizing performance. At present, we have built a complete product line with multiple specifications, mature automation and optimized production efficiency, which can support the production matching of mainstream new technologies and processes in the lithium & sodium electrode material industry.
